She received her MFA from the Miami International University of Art and Design. “My artistic process has in large part been both the means of searching for spiritual and philosophical meaning in my life as well as the act of recording this search. Through out this journey recurring symbols and icons have solidified into my personal language. Most recently, my socio-political experiences as a Latin American, immigrant, and female artist have come to the forefront of my inner dialogue and have coalesced as a central theme of my artistic voice.” – Angela Alés
For our first exhibition of Alés’ work, we are presenting a collection of immersive detailed surrealistic works titled “Immigration”, in both our 3D Virtual Interactive Gallery and our Standard Interactive Gallery.
Be sure to check out both versions of her exhibition in the TOROSIETE Museum of Contemporary Art. We will be featuring a spread of Angela Alés’ work and an interview in the December Issue of TOROSIETE Magazine.
Select Original Works along with Limited-Edition, Hand-Signed Fine Art Prints of Alés’ works are also for sale in the TOROSIETE Museum Gallery Store.
